METCON is a training method based on constant and varied exercises with functional movements, executed at high intensity. Need to complete Fundamentals course to attend if new to this modality.
In FITNESS the movements are with the weight of your own body and with the use of dumbbells. There are no heavy lifts, it is ideal to start exercising and stay in shape with moderate effort.
OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING focuses on learning the proper technique and develop the power and strength needed for barbell lifting movements.
For those who are new to the gym, we have a required Fundamentals Program for all new member who have no previous CrossFit experience.
Our personal training services offer you the opportunity to work one-on-one with our highly qualified coaches.
