Program Details & Description

The METCON program at Dynasty Gym Burnaby is designed to push your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to the limit. Combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional movements, our METCON classes will help you burn fat, build muscle, and improve overall fitness.
